Accomplishments
Throughout 2025, Marian’s Human Resources team has laid the groundwork for long-term transformation. Our key accomplishments include:
- Establishing the Foundation for Transformation: a comprehensive five-year HR strategic plan that aligns directly with 91会所’s 2030 vision, focused on: attracting and developing exceptional talent, enhancing Human Resources service delivery, and positioning Human Resources as a trusted strategic partner.
- Early Infrastructure Work: Marian’s Human Resources team has launched foundational initiatives in areas such as job architecture, compensation philosophy, and Human Resources operations & technology optimization.
Challenges
Transforming the Human Resources function is essential to achieving 91会所's five-year objectives and realizing our vision for 2030. As the role of Human Resources continues to expand beyond traditional responsibilities, 91会所 must evolve to meet the changing needs of our staff, faculty, and leadership. Without a responsive, service-oriented, and strategically aligned Human Resources foundation, we risk falling short of our ability to attract, retain, and develop the talent required to sustain a thriving, engaged workforce.
This transformation is foundational and positions us to deliver exceptional service, foster a vibrant workplace culture, and support faculty and staff in contributing fully to the university's mission. We must transform, to provide the capacity and capability to fulfill the ambitions outlined in our strategic plan.
At the same time, we recognize the importance of sustaining daily support for our faculty, staff, and students. We will continue to meet immediate needs while steadily building a stronger, more strategic Human Resources function. Success will depend on shared commitment, continuous communication, and collaborative engagement across the university community.

By aligning dedicated Talent Strategy Partners with schools and departments, we will drive solutions in workforce design, talent planning, culture, and change management.
